Project Sequoia of the Sea Restoring kelp beds around the Cornish coast. Kelp sequesters 20 times more carbon, per acre, than trees, it de-acidifies the ocean, protects the shore from storms and erosion, is a nursery for fish and a habitat for carbon sequestering shell fish.
